PACKAGES & ACCESS

My Edu Guider offers counselling assistance packages that provide users access to curated content, tools, and guidance related to NEET UG, PG and other counsellings (“Counselling Content”). These packages are one-time purchases for each package, no recurring charges or renewals are involved.

Upon successful payment, you will gain access to the Counselling Content for your selected exam category via the My Edu Guider website. Package access may be limited to a particular duration (e.g., counselling season or year), which will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

LICENSE & USAGE

Upon purchasing a package, My Edu Guider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Counselling Content for personal, non-commercial use only..

MODIFICATION OF PACKAGES

My Edu Guider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its packages at any time, without prior notice (unless required by applicable law). While such changes may impact your access, My Edu Guider will not be liable for any resulting limitations or discontinuations.

REFUND POLICY

The “Counselling Content” offered under the Packages are detailed out for each Package and the Users are advised to validate the Offerings, Exam category chosen, number of devices, etc. before making the required payment for the Package of your choice. There shall be no refund once the packages are chosen and payment made against the chosen Package.

Refund for Platinum Package will be granted only if admissions not confirmed or done.

All refund requests must be sent to info@myeduguider.com with your registered email ID, order ID, and a brief explanation.

My Edu Guider reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Since all packages grant immediate digital access after successful payment,cancellations are not supported once access has been provided.

If you have made a payment but have not received access, you must raise the issue within 48 hours by contacting us at  info@myeduguider.com. Our team will investigate and assist accordingly.

AMENDMENTS

My Edu Guider may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the platform. Continued use of the My Edu Guider platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • My Edu Guider total liability for any claims related to your package purchase will not exceed the lower of INR 500 or 50% of the amount paid.
  • This limitation applies even if any remedy fails in its essential purpose.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or condition of this Agreement is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
