This This Fair Use & Access Policy defines acceptable usage of the My Edu Guider Platform, including device usage limits, access restrictions, and measures implemented to prevent account sharing or misuse. This policy forms part of My Edu Guider Terms & Conditions and governs how access to the Platform is regulated.
GENERAL
Access to the My Edu Guider Platform is provided strictly for individual, personal use. To ensure fair use of the Platform and prevent account sharing or misuse, My Edu Guider enforces limits on the number of devices that may be used to access a single account.
DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this Fair Use & Access Policy:
- Web Access Device means access to the My Edu Guider Platform through a web browser by visiting www.myeduguider.com or any of its subdomains or portals. This includes access from browsers on mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, or other computing devices.
All restrictions applied under this Fair Use & Access Policy are automated and time-based. Access, where suspended, will be restored automatically after the applicable restriction period, provided no further violations occur.
DEVICE IDENTIFICATION AND DETECTION
My Edu Guider determines whether access is made from the same or a new device using automated systems that evaluate device and usage information collected during login. As a result, certain actions such as reinstalling the application, resetting device settings, clearing browser data, using private or incognito modes, changing browsers, or accessing the Platform from different environments may cause the system to recognize the access as coming from a new device.
Users acknowledge and agree that My Edu Guider determination of device usage, based on such automated detection, shall be final for the purpose of enforcing this Fair Use & Access Policy.
